TRAINING

I began practicing yoga in 2003. In 2007 however, I began to devote myself more seriously to my practice. Since then I have practiced in the India, Thailand, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Indonesia, and elsewhere, honing my practice and refining a unique style that is designed to suit the needs of each class, each individual, and each moment. I love teaching yoga because it is creative, meditative, energizing, and gives me the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others. There’s nothing better than ending class and having my students come up to me to tell me how great they feel!
